What I appreciated most was the diversity of scenery along the trail forest, cliffs, and finally the dramatic waterfall. The landscape felt wild but accessible at the same time. Later, spending time in Choachí allowed us to slow down and enjoy local food in a quiet mountain setting.Ver másVer menos

What impressed me most was the atmosphere inside — it’s not just visually stunning, it feels peaceful and almost surreal. The lighting inside the tunnels creates a completely different experience than any cathedral I’ve seen before.

The scale of the underground cathedral is hard to describe the chambers carved in salt are both artistic and spiritual at the same time. I also appreciated having free time in Zipaquirá to explore on my own and try local food.
